When Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson met at their church in Hamburg they knew there was no going back. Ashley was only 17 and hadn't had a boyfriend, so they took it slow. But, it was that they fell in love right away. The day before New Year's Eve right before the start of 2016 Andrew requested God to grant him one last thing that year... in the hope that Ashley would say yes and get married to Andrew. Ashley decided to plan an event with a traditional woodland theme. This could truly reflect her as well as Andrew. They combined a little bit of everything they loved for the wedding day. Ashley was born in the 40-acre property that was picked as the location. From the trail they walked across the fields where the couple proposed in Ashley was a keen observer and played in all of it. Andrew and Ashley were walking through the same place when they started dating. It was important to personalize the wedding since nearly every aspect involved the DIY of the bride and groom. Andrew Ashley's father, Andrew and Ashley themselves created all of the decorations. Ashley also painted and made a variety of decoration ideas. Ashley claims that, without Anna's incredible floral design, our wedding wouldn't be as beautiful and intimate as I had hoped. It's truly amazing.
